Supply Chain Due Diligence

Compliance with Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Supply Chain Act) - Complaint procedure

For AWG Allgemeine Warenvertriebs-GmbH (hereinafter referred to as AWG), integrity, sustainability and conduct in compliance with the law have top priority. These values build the foundation for the trust of our customers and business partners, for the well-being of our employees and the employees of our suppliers. They serve to protect the environment and lay the foundation for our sustainable economic success.

In cooperation with Creditreform Compliance Services GmbH, we have developed Rules of Procedure for the complaint procedure in accordance with Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains. This sets out clear communication channels and processes for dealing efficiently with possible violations (hereinafter "Supply Chain Act relevant violations").

We take actions to minimize or end Supply Chain Act relevant violations, while continuously reviewing and adapting our processes to meet this objective. This includes the possibility for our employees and external partners to report potential or actual Supply Chain Act relevant violations. In this way, we as AWG are able to quickly investigate and resolve reported matters and take appropriate action where necessary.

The following reporting channels are available for information on potential or actual Supply Chain Act relevant violations:

Reported information is always treated confidentially and can be submitted anonymously - where possible - via the reporting channels listed above.

All further details on the exact procedure in case of a complaint about a Supply Chain Act relevant violation can be found in the Rules of Procedure

We are grateful for your trust and will process your report immediately and initiate all necessary follow-up measures.
