Compliance with Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Supply Chain Act) - Complaint procedure

In cooperation with Creditreform Compliance Services GmbH, we have established Rules of Procedure for the complaint process in accordance with the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains. This sets out clear communication channels and processes for effectively addressing potential violations (hereinafter referred to as "Supply Chain Act relevant violations").

We take proactive measures to minimize or eliminate violations related to the Supply Chain Act relevant violations, while continuously reviewing and adapting our processes to achieve this goal. This includes providing our employees and external partners with the opportunity to report potential or actual violations of the Supply Chain Act. By doing so, we as AWG can swiftly investigate and address reported issues, taking appropriate action when necessary.
