We, AWG Allgemeine Warenvertriebs-GmbH (hereinafter "AWG"), acknowledge our corporate responsibility to respect human rights. Therefore, we are committed to respecting human rights in our business activities as well as in our global supply and value chains, and to provide access to remedies to those affected by human rights violations. We align our corporate actions with the internationally recognised UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG) and thus implement the requirements of the National Action Plan for Business and Human Rights.
Supplier Code of Conduct
AWG Allgemeine Warenvertriebs-GmbH (hereinafter: "AWG") acknowledges the necessity to comply with their due diligence obligations and is fully and expressly committed to respect human and environmental rights. For us, compliance with these rights is an integral part of a trusting and long-term relationship with our contractual partners. In line with our moral values, we expect the same commitment from our business partners (suppliers, producers, service providers and any other business partners).
LkSG Report
All companies that fall within the scope of the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG) are obliged to publish a regular report on the fulfillment of the due diligence obligations set out in the Act.
